Forty affordable townhouses for families were constructed following PHFA’s Green Building Criteria, which include a healthy indoor environment and Energy Star Certification. The units have two and three bedrooms, individual laundry, dishwashers, high speed internet and extra storage. A community facility has management and supportive services offices, maintenance shop, and a large community room with a fenced play area. The structures were designed to be reminiscent of the many Victorian lumber-baron-era houses in the area. Financed with FHLB, LIHTC and PHFA PennHomes.
