This development includes 24 Affordable Apartments for General Occupancy, but organized for small families or seniors, in a Traditional Neighborhood design. The project incorporated PV and other green features. A large central Community Building provides laundry, mail, offices, maintenance and gathering spaces. The project was financed with PHFA PennHOMES and LIHTC.
