This four-story mixed-use building was designed with two tenant spaces on the first floor with common areas and offices for residential units. Twenty affordable senior housing units are on the upper floors. The facade was designed in the historic character of downtown Lock Haven. The project was financed with PHFA PennHOMES and LIHTC.
