
Because of the Historic Battlefield and active farmland, the Gettysburg area has strict development standards and high real estate costs. Affordable housing options are very limited due to the lack of available land which has skyrocketed the property values and taxes. Within the Misty Ridge development, in sight of the Battlefield, North Ridge will take advantage of the previous investment to leverage additional affordable housing options and availability. The development provides 40 senior apartments with very marketable features including open floor plans, large bathrooms and individual laundry.
