This garage is carefully set into the center of a block and then shielded by small commercial/residential buildings. The use of these multiple small scale structures preserves and enhances the historic nature of this core urban setting. These small structures are planned to directly connect to the decks of the garage in order to provide convenient parking and attractive office locations. The garage forms a strong edge to a new courtyard that features a significant fountain, outdoor dining and cross connections to the surrounding area. Architect: Thomas R. Harley Architects, LLC
