The goal of this project was to develop affordable home-ownership condominiums for empty nesters. The 3-story building has 9 units consisting of 6-two bedroom and 3-three bedroom types. Each unit was designed as open plan living with a patio/balcony extension. Large rooms, kitchen island and ample storage are provided. Fenestration, color and porches are exterior design features with stone veneer at foundation, vinyl siding plus trim and accents. Project is funded by PA DCED sources.
