Twenty new single-family houses transformed a blighted neighborhood from vacant lots to infill housing. The houses maintain the unique qualities of the residential vernacular with gable cut-offs, large porches, single unit windows and siding. The dwellings were offered as rental units with a home ownership option. Financed by LIHTC.
