Project Description

The building resulting from this project is to catch the eye of the motoring public on busy Route 22 adjacent, thus spurring the development of the surrounding industrial park. Although the interior is largely undifferentiated tenant space, the envelope is highly articulated with numerous offsets and finishes. Combining suites is an option in 2,500sf increments for use of multiple tenant spaces. Architect: Thomas R. Harley Architects, LLC
