This project is a rehabilitation of an existing historic building and the development of 53-units of senior housing. This historic building and site occupy an entire block in historic downtown Hollidaysburg. The wings of the building had to be demolished but the core with its cupola and decorative wood trim were saved and restored. New apartment wings were rebuilt in the former footprints. The interior of the core was restored and provides common activity areas. The site’s historic pathways and features were restored. The project was funded by PHFA PennHOMES and LIHTC.
