Located in revitalized downtown Phoenixville, this 4-story building houses 50 fully visitable apartments and is located within walking distance of the community and many amenities – restaurants, theaters, shopping, office banks and other services.  The corner location allows the elevated porch a connection to the community.  The building’s brick façade coordinates with adjacent buildings with pedestrian scale details along the base of the building.  A connection to the neighborhood is also available with the pavilion and raised planting beds.  On the interior, the community room with large kitchen is a gathering place for residents and their families.  Other common areas include activity rooms, fitness room, library, and Nurse/Support Services to support a healthy lifestyle for the residents.  Laundry rooms are available on each floor with washers and dryers.  The building is certified to 2020 Enterprise Green Communities and the DOE Zero Energy Ready Homes program.  Project is funded through LIHTC.
