The corner location allows the elevated porch a connection to the community. The building’s brick façade coordinates with adjacent buildings with pedestrian scale details along the base of the building. A connection to the neighborhood is also available with the pavilion and raised planting beds. On the interior, the community room with large kitchen is a gathering place for residents and their families.
