Placed in the attractive suburban community of Dunmore outside of Scranton, Bucktown Center’s site was a vacant “missing tooth” in the streetscape. This new mixed use building will connect the main street with the surrounding residential neighborhood. The new 4-story building contains 40-units of senior apartments and modern street level commercial lease space. The residential areas include a first floor lobby, covered parking area with 14 spaces, and a 2nd floor community room with access to the 2nd story porch. Project is funded by LIHTC/PennHomes.
