An old sewing factory was converted into 11 apartments for the elderly using LIHTC Funds. Beams were removed in the community room to create a 2-story space. Because the building had no green space for outdoor activities, a new rooftop terrace was created with views of the valley. The apartments have high ceilings, unique layouts, and generous storage. The common areas and corridors are wide with angled walls for wayfinding and daylighting.
