The 12 units of affordable apartments for Bridgeview Commons are in 2 buildings on a 1.5 acre site of a former school. The site is located just blocks from Main Street allowing residents easy access to services. The building is strategically designed into the steeply sloping hillside providing residents views of the bridge below. This arrangement also controlled site development costs. Each unit has a large front porch and the yard is available for personalization. Project is funded by PA DCED sources.
