UPMC is the operator of this 13,240 SF licensed community senior services center offering medical care, adult day care, rehabilitation and wellness services, meals, and social activities. The goal of the center is to enable seniors to continue to live safely within their community. The mechanical system is a unique heating and cooling loop utilizing heat transfer from the Allegheny River aquifer and circulating through all 3 buildings in the Dalton's Edge development. Financed through U.S. Deptartment of Health and Human services.
