Bellefonte Mews consists of two buildings: Cadillac House and Garman House. The project developed residential units for family housing on two sites that had been ravaged by fire. Both sites are in the Bellefonte Historic District, requiring HARB approval and Cadillac House received Historic Tax Credits. The project was financed with PHFA PennHOMES and LIHTC.

Historic rehabilitation of a former Cadillac dealership with upper floor apartments. The first floor contains common area amenities for all 32 units in the project including community room, gameroom, and fitness room, with 11 apartments on the upper floors.
