Six units for the elderly and space for two commercial first floor tenants will be provided in the renovated Perrine Building in historic downtown Susquehanna. The project is funded by DCED and FHLB. Historic details are revived and the main street pedestrian experience is enhanced. Energy Star Certification will be achieved.
