Thirty units of housing for the elderly in a historic hotel in the central business district. The project is part of an overall redevelopment of several blocks of the town in the area of the markethouse. The original front porch of the building has been reconstructed, but much of the non-historic portions of the interior were removed. The first floor contains commercial space. The heat system is a combination Ground Source Heat Pump, Boiler supplemental heat and courtyard fountain supplemental cooling.
