The former Sigma Chi fraternity home, occupying a house circa 1940's, burned down. The new structure was built on the original foundation and constructed to current standards, including sprinkler and accessibility codes. There are 10 bedrooms, a private and public meeting area, large storage cages and a dance floor. Wiring for high speed internet and other electrical devices was critical.
