Eight units of market rate housing for the elderly. The one- and two-bedroom units are constructed as duplexes and feature one car garages, handicapped adaptable bathrooms, rear decks and patios. This was a pilot project by the Housing Authority of Indiana County and consisted of conventional mortgage financing.
