Fifty-six units of family housing. The two-story buildings have a wide variety of variation in building colors, styles, and rhythm. Each apartment has balcony or porch space for private outdoor activities. A large community center and recreation area allows for group activities. Future plans will provide daycare facilities for the residents. The project received Low Income Housing Tax Credit Financing.
