Twenty-two townhouses in a new development area. The townhouses are roomy and spacious. They are built on crawl spaces in order to balance cut and fill on the site. A community room provides gathering, counseling and computer training spaces. The project was financed by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency and LIHTC.
