Eight townhouse units are constructed in this small rural community. The townhouses have two and three bedrooms in two buildings, which form a courtyard entrance to the adjacent township recreational park. A family picnic pavilion is a focal point of the project. The project is financed by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency and LIHTC.
