The building perches on a rountop and overlooks the area. Eighty-two units of housing are provided to the elderly tenants, along with a community room, fitness area, computer room and beauty salon. A Ground Source Heat Pump system was used. Financing is provided by York County, Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, FHLB and LIHTC.
