Fifty units of affordable housing for the elderly in a building designed to be consistent with the local colonial architecture. Each unit has a walk-in closet, their own washer/dryer and dishwasher. The apartments are very spacious. A large community room, with wrap-around porch and extensive landscaping including horseshoe pits and game tables adds to the environment. A ground source head pump system was used. The project was financed by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency and LIHTC.
