Twenty-eight units of affordable elderly housing in a former high school. The building was individually eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places. The terra cotta and brick façade has been repaired and restored. The rear portion of the building was demolished, and a new façade was designed to be in tune with the building's historic character. The project was financed by LIHTC.
