Fourty-eight units of affordable housing for the elderly in 2 phases. The one- and two-bedroom units are constructed as stacked units on a steeply sloping site, allowing for individual exterior entrances and porches for each apartment. A community center provides a central location for services to meet the needs of the tenants. The project was financed by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency and LIHTC.
