Twenty-four units of elderly housing. The three-story building is entered on the third story, across a bridge, which is level with the parking area. The steeply sloping site permits the southern side of all three stories to take advantage of the view of the Susquehanna River Valley below the town. The project was financed by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency and LIHTC.
