Twenty-four units of elderly housing. The three-story building was designed to be consistent with the neighboring building's mass and rhythm, fenestration patterns, colors and details. The building is situated at the end of a long tree-lined drive. Amenities include a two-story community room. The project was financed by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency and LIHTC.
