Twenty-four units of housing for the elderly in the East Liberty district of Pittsburgh. The building utilizes Green Building techniques to improve utility efficiency and tenant comfort. The structure was designed to match the surrounding area's style of housing. Perkins Eastman Architects provided the design development drawings and the local liaison. Financed by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency and LIHTC.
